September IHSW update

I had time to stitch on Reindeer Stables today, here is my progress.

I also tried a new dessert from Wilma B. You can find the recipe at Wilma's World (last blog on my list). Thank you Wilma all four of us loved it. We will be making this again!!

My husband Dave baked it on the Big Green Egg (smoker and grill). www.biggreenegg.ca or www.biggreenegg.com

Class photos

There were 7 students who attended Lynne Nicoletti's stitching class today. We got to choose a "green" Watercolours by Caron, I chose 201 Budding Leaf as the green for my Christmas Tree. Everyone chose Mill Hill Glass Seed Beads for the garland, I used 00128 (yellow).

Here is a photo of my class stitching project (before assembly) beside Lynne's sample (bottom of the bootie).

Here is my finished Christmas bootie.

I bought Pirate Treasure (the Oak Island Mystery), and I ordered the Neptune/Poseidon chart.
