Snowman Wisdom update #3

I worked on Snowman Wisdom tonight.  I completed the sun, and started the leaves on the bunch of carrots.
Here is a photo of the whole project so far.

    Love how this is turning out. The words look so neat. What kind of stitch is that? I don't know if I've ever seen it before. At least not that I remember.
