Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone!!

I'd like to share with you a project I stitched in 2009 called Old Celtic Blessing.  I made it for my Nana who was Irish.  It hangs in the front entrance of my home, I received it back after she passed away.  It reminds me of her when I see it every morning on my way out the door.
It is Tuesday night and I was at the Stitcher's Club and felt like doing something green on St. Patrick's Day.  I started a new green shamrocks project called Faith, Hope, Love and Luck which is a freebie from the Kreinik website.

Mine will of course look very different.  I'm stitching mine on 28ct white evenweave, with various shades of green DMC floss.  Not sure if I will use metallic threads.  I'm deciding on colours as I go along.  Here is my progress from tonight.
